Application Requirements

Documents Needed

Unabridged birth certificate
Your child's latest report
A clear ID-size photograph of your child
Should either parent be deceased, a copy of the death certificate is required
Study permit/Visa/Refugee permit/Asylum seeker permit of your child/ward if they are not currently an RSA citizen or permanent resident
Your child/ward’s permanent residence permit if they are a permanent resident and has not yet applied for or received RSA citizenship (this is required by the Department of Basic Education).
School fee account statement from your child’s current school

Important Notes

Proof of address: one FICA-verified document not older than 3 months, such as rates/phone/utility bill, lease agreement, bank confirmation letter, home insurance letter, vehicle finance agreement, or official SARS correspondence
Copies of both parents’ pay slips or 3 months bank statements if unemployed or self employed
Identity documents of both parents/guardians

Document Checklist

Learner Documents
  • Unabridged Birth Certificate: An unabridged birth certificate (or a copy of the application receipt from Home Affairs).

  • Latest Report: Your child’s most recent school report.

  • Photo: A clear ID-size photograph of your child.

  • School Fees: Fee account statement from the current school.

  • ASU applications: Lastest copy of Ed Physc Report (not older than 3 years)
Parent/Guardian Documents:
  • Proof of Identity: Clear copies of the IDs for both parents.

  • Proof of Residence: A current utility account (e.g., water, electricity, or rates bill) clearly displaying your name and residential address. Or certified copy of current lease agreement.

For Non-RSA Citizens/Residents
  • Passports and Work/Visa/Refugee/Asylum seeker permits for parents.

  • Study/Visa/Refugee/Asylum seeker permit for the child.

  • Permanent residence permit (if applicable and awaiting citizenship).

Next Steps
  • If accepted, parents will receive an acceptance email with payment details.
  • Securing the Spot: The first instalment of annual school fees must be paid to secure the place.

  • Please note our scholarship applications for 2027 are CLOSED.

General Notes

  • Once admitted, parents and the learner are invited to a meet-and-greet with the Principal to receive a welcome pack and finalise enrolment.
  • Please note applications cannot be completed on a mobile device; it must be done on a PC.
  • Submitted forms are assessed by the Admissions Committee
